It all started as the result of searching for new flavors to upgrade our grilling. Becoming bored with what was available at the shops and supermarkets we started to research recipes. Stocking up on a ever widening array of individual spices it was time to start experimenting with differing combinations.
One of the best things about coming up with a new blend is trying it out on different types of foods and cooking techniques. Another fun thing is being able to share these tasty experiments with our family and friends.
